The Garmin Nuvi 500 waterproof GPS navigator is preloaded with City Navigator NT street maps for the lower 48 states, Hawaii and Puerto Rico, including points of interest (POIs) database with hotels, restaurants, fuel, ATMs and more. The navigator also features SD card slot located inside the waterproof battery compartment, so you don't have to worry about getting it wet.
The 3.5-inch colour screen makes it easy to navigate, simply enter a destination and it will take you there with 2D or 3D maps and turn-by-turn voice directions. The Garmin Nuvi 500 includes many travel tools including world travel clock with time zones, currency converter, measurement converter, calculator and more. It also comes with Garmin Lock, an anti-theft feature.
