The Garmin Nuvi 550 waterproof GPS navigator is preloaded with City Navigator NT street maps for Europe. The map data, provided by NAVTEQ, features over six million points of interest, including hotels, restaurants, gas stations, ATMs and attractions. The navigator also features SD card slot located inside the waterproof battery compartment, so you don't have to worry about getting it wet.
The 3.5-inch QVGA colour antiglare TFT screen makes it easy to navigate, simply enter a destination and it will take you there with 2D or 3D maps and turn-by-turn voice directions. The Wherigo feature lets you create and play GPS-enabled adventures in the real world. The Garmin Nuvi 550 includes many travel tools including world travel clock with time zones, currency converter, measurement converter, calculator and more. It also comes with Garmin Lock, an anti-theft feature.
